The problem
A website that didn't say what they do
Logistech's previous website didn't clearly communicate what the company actually does, or the specific freight and cargo types it handles. That made it harder for the right prospects to recognise themselves in the site — and to enquire.
The strategy
Redesign, content, SEO structure and a conversion path
The redesign combined a new website with content and SEO structure, focused on one thing: making Logistech's actual service scope immediately clear to every visitor.
Content & SEO structure
Pages organised around Logistech's real services, freight types and coverage, so the right searches land on a page that speaks to them.
Conversion path
A clear enquiry path on every page, so visitors who recognise themselves can act immediately.
Mobile-first build
A fast, credible site that works just as well on a phone in a yard or a cab as it does on a desktop.
The build
A clean, credible, mobile-first redesign
We rebuilt Logistech's digital presence as a clean, credible, mobile-first site, structured around the services and coverage Logistech actually operates. Every page was shaped so a visitor can quickly understand what they move, where they operate, and how to start a conversation.
The outcome
Demand started to outpace supply
Within a short period of going live, the website began generating enough enquiries that demand started to outpace what Logistech could take on at the time — a strong signal the redesign was working.
Logistech's owner, Prodigy Kabongo, estimates the value of leads generated at approximately R5 million (a figure he confirmed directly and that has continued to grow since).
This is the estimated value of the leads the website generated, as assessed by Logistech's owner — not closed revenue.
