Who we are

Stryde builds websites and lead systems for logistics companies. In this policy, “Stryde”, “we” and “us” mean Stryde. If you have any question about your information, email stryde.workss@gmail.com.

What we collect

• What you send us through the contact form. Your name, company, email address, company type and what you need. Optionally, your current website, service area, budget, biggest challenge and any notes you add.
• Emails you send us. Whatever you include in them.
• Basic technical information. Like every website, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so the site can load and stay secure.
• Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta when a page on this site is viewed. See “Cookies and the Meta Pixel” below.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare your free website review and send you a quote.
• To work with you if you become a client.
• To understand how people find this site and whether our advertising works.
• To keep the site secure and filter out spam.

We don’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run this website and reply to you:

• Lovable hosts this website.
• Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Google provides our email inbox (Gmail) and the fonts on this site. When a page loads, your browser fetches the fonts from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
• Meta receives page-view data through the Meta Pixel.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t rent or trade contact lists. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

This site’s own code doesn’t use cookies. The Meta Pixel may set cookies and may link your visit to your Meta account, which helps us measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Meta ad preferences.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our ordinary business records. If you become a client, we keep project information for the length of the work and as long as our records require afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email stryde.workss@gmail.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, for example California, you may have further rights under local law. We honour these requests wherever you live, and we won’t treat you differently for making one.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), contact form submissions are checked and filtered for spam, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who reply to them. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours.

Children

This website is for businesses. It isn’t aimed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
